A good system takes the work people keep repeating and gives it a clearer path. These six projects show how I connect websites, forms, AI, and automation to help information move—and keep people involved where judgment matters.
Behind every build
A problem. A process. A better way.
Each example starts with a business task. The tools change from project to project, but the method stays clear: find the bottleneck, connect the steps, use AI where it adds value, and leave important decisions with a person.
Six ways I put AI to work.
Project examples from my training and portfolio. They show designs, workflows, and demonstrations—not guaranteed results for another business.
PROJECT 01
AI-Powered Customer Support Workflow
When messages arrive from several places, manual logging and routing can slow the first response. I mapped a support flow that collects the inquiry, sorts the issue, suggests the right team, drafts support, and flags uncertain or sensitive cases for a person.
Inquiry → Categorize → Route → Human resolution → Follow-up

Automated Feedback Analysis
A customer fills out a form. Make carries the response to Gemini, which summarizes it and labels the tone. Google Sheets keeps the results organized, while a negative response triggers an email alert so someone can follow up.
Form → AI summary → Organized record → Alert

Service Landing Pages
I designed two sample service pages—one for home cleaning and one for a yoga studio—around the action each visitor should take. Clear copy, visuals, FAQs, and calls to action help a visitor move from looking to asking for a quote or booking.
Visitor → Understand the offer → Request a quote or class

Hotel Guest Assistant
A Zapier chatbot concept for a hotel answers routine questions about rooms, amenities, check-in, policies, and nearby attractions from approved information. A guest can get a quick answer; a staff member takes over when the question needs a person.
Guest question → Approved answer → Human handoff if needed

Weather-Based Sales & Staffing
For a sample retail kiosk, a scheduled Zapier flow gathers weather data, asks Gemini to interpret it, and emails a manager suggestions for products, staffing, and promotions. The manager makes the final call.
Weather → AI interpretation → Manager recommendation

Invoice Reporting with UiPath
UiPath reads invoice files from Google Drive, extracts key fields, filters due dates, and builds a Google Sheets report with short AI purchase descriptions. Low-confidence information is flagged for a finance manager to check.
Invoice → Extract → Validate → Report → Human review
