Tampering With Angels

They tampered with an angel. They did not destroy her.

Tampering With Angels is an informational therapeutic coloring book created for adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse who want space to think, feel, and reconnect with themselves without being pressured to journal, forgive, or relive every detail.

Through 49 detailed adult coloring illustrations and seven chakra-based paths, the book explores safety, emotion, self-worth, personal power, love, boundaries, voice, intuition, and spiritual sovereignty.

Each illustration is followed by a black contemplation page featuring:

• While You Color, Consider — a question to sit with as you color • Hold This Truth — a grounding or motivational statement • A simple design that can also be colored with light, metallic, neon, or opaque colored pencils

This is a book for deep thought while coloring. You do not have to write an answer. You do not have to finish every page. You are allowed to pause, skip a section, or return when you feel ready.

The large 8.5 × 11-inch format gives the artwork room to breathe. Colored pencils are recommended for the fullest experience, although a protective sheet can be placed behind the page when using markers or wet media.

The book also includes trauma-aware educational information, grounding practices, affirmations, survivor-centered safety guidance, and a parent and caregiver resource appendix.

What happened to you was not your fault.

What you choose now belongs to you.

This book is an educational and reflective resource. It does not diagnose or treat any condition and is not a replacement for professional mental health care.
